Buying home gym need help?

i am buying a home gym, what should i look out for? im interested in this one http://www.fitquip.com.au/D216-33-york-7... is it good i am only starting out using a home gym never used one before

    I did not go to your link and look at your proposed home gym equipment. I just wanted to make a couple of points regardless of the type of equipment you buy.

    When looking for Gym equipment, be sure you can exercise all the areas of your body and leave none of them out.

    The problem with a lot of gym equipment today is that they target only one area. Stay away from them.

    You might try going to a fitness guru that does not sell gym equipment and visit with them for a while.

    Might even go to the local hospital and talk to their physical therapy people and ask their advise.

    Either way, do not listen to the salesman or the sales hype.
