The ads for most body-weight resistance home gyms make the point that they are easy to fold up and put away when they are not in use. But then a smaller guy or gal tries this at home and ends up leaving the gym in position because it is not as easy as it was supposed to be. Happily that is not the case here. The wheels/casters on the Bayou Fitness 4000 XL home gym are smooth and easy to roll making it easy to set it up or fold away for storage.
A nice touch is the included spare wearable parts, ie. rope, pulleys. It is comforting to know that if a rope wears out you have a replacement on hand.
The 4000 XL has a suggested list price of $750 plus shipping but if you look around you can find it for about $400 or maybe a tad less including shipping.
If you need an extra inch, the Power Pro model will accommodate heights of 6" 8" but id you are under that, the Bayou Fitness Total Trainer 4000XL is hard to beat. Especially at the very, very competitive price.
