Assembly Required
Like most home gyms, the Body-Solid G1S needs some assembly. As shipped it weighs 322 lbs. and includes all of the nuts, bolts and instructions needed to put it all together. If you are not very familiar with hardware nomenclature, the bolts, etc., may be a little confusing to figure out but when you get it together you will have a solid gym ready to work for a long time.
