Bowflex Classic Home Gym
The Bowflex Classic has been around awhile and has proved itself as a great home gym for the price.
It is the basic Bowflex and doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the more advanced models but it still provides a good whole body workout. It is great for toning and getting a little more definition and there’s a cardio rowing station built in.
Like its bigger brothers, the Bowflex Classic Home Gym uses their patented Power Rod technology to replace weights and provide the resistance. Many people prefer this over free weights as the resistance is smooth with no jerking at all. It really does help minimize injury.
The Classic provides a good range of exercises and the resistance is easy and safe to adjust making it suitable for people just starting out as well as the more experienced.

Missing from the Bowflex Classic are several of the features that are included in some of the higher end Bowflex models:

- Preacher Curl Attachment

- No-Change Cable Pulley System
Because of this, you are limited to a little over 30 exercises which is still plenty for many people. If you want the full range of 95 to over 100 exercises your better bet would be either the Bowflex Revolution or the Bowflex Ultimate 2. Both are top sellers.
