Ok, here goes. I joined a gym over the summer that gives you a circuit to work for 30 minute increments. I did that for almost 2 months, every day except Wednesday and Sunday. Watched what I ate, etc. Nothing happened! I didn’t lose any weight, and I did the exercises exactly the way you’re supposed to…also did treadmill/elliptical machine/spinning. It’s really hard for me to do crunches/sit-ups at home because of major muscle spasms in my back.
Am I the only person …

We are researching, and ultimately going to buy a home gym (new or used). We have narrowed it down to 3 companies; Life Fitness, Precor, or Body Solid. We don’t want to spend 00 on a new one, and realize that most people buy these and use them for a few months at most, so buying one on ebay or whatnot is not an issue. Just want to know what other people think if they’ve tried any of these. All and any feedback is appreciated.
