I am currently expecting my second (and last child). I really want to get back into shape once the baby is born, so my husband and I are seriously considering purchasing a Boxflex home gym (he wants to use it as well). My fiance and I are looking for a total home gym for our house. He wants to focus more on arms, pecs, and abs and I like to focus more on gluts and legs. So we basically need an all-inclusive sort of machine. We just bought an elliptical machine as this is my favorite type of workout, but we enjoy lifting as well, so this is what we’re looking for now.

Ok, here goes. I joined a gym over the summer that gives you a circuit to work for 30 minute increments. I did that for almost 2 months, every day except Wednesday and Sunday. Watched what I ate, etc. Nothing happened! I didn’t lose any weight, and I did the exercises exactly the way you’re supposed to…also did treadmill/elliptical machine/spinning. It’s really hard for me to do crunches/sit-ups at home because of major muscle spasms in my back.
