I just moved into a small apartment. My parents were bodybuilders in their previous years, so there’s a full gym at their house. I dont like going to the gym, because I prefer to work out more at my leisure, but now that I’ve moved out of their house into my own place, I dont have my own gym at home anymore. They live 45 minutes away, so I dont want to drive to their house to use their equipment either.

I’m sure everybody wonders about this at some point. So, I thought I’d ask for myself. So, if any of you know, could you please tell me whether those things really work? I ask only because I have actually thought of purchasing one when I have the necessary funds, but I haven’t actually acted on it, and thus far, I have only been on a regular workout plan. So, does a Bowflex home gym work?

I need a home gym that is affordable (not cheap) and of great quality. Around 0 is a good price. PLease make sure it works and has ALOT of excersises. I woud prefer you to recommend one you have uses but if not, that is fie. Thanks
