I heard bowflex is good for keeping you toned and getting the "ripped" look but it’s not good for making more muscles beyond that point.
Are all home gyms like that or is it just bowflex?

My fiance and I are looking for a total home gym for our house. He wants to focus more on arms, pecs, and abs and I like to focus more on gluts and legs.
