I am needing the chart or diagram that tells you how to measure the weights on a weider home gym model 4250. The chart that tells you how to break down the pounds, my weights dont have measurments on them.

I have a weight machine and one of the wheels that move the cables got messed up. Is there a place or website where I can buy a replacement part for it? It’s a weider home gym.
